Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer Economy shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello.onli@hotmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

International Shipping We offer Economy shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 6-18 business days outside the USA.
